Costco Recalls 273,000 Convertible Hand Trucks Due to Injury Hazard

EDISON, NJ–On February 25, Costco recalled about 273,000 3-in-1 convertible aluminum imported hand trucks, which sold for $100-$150, according to the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC).

The hand trucks have been recalled due to the following hazard: "The wheel hub can separate or break and eject pieces during inflation, posing a risk of injury to the consumer and bystanders."

NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ–La matrícula para Scarlet KIDS campamento de verano 2015 está ahora abierta para niños de cursos de primero a octavo.
El programa reactivo de clases mixtas, era anteriormente llamada “Happy Campers”.

El campamento es dividido por la población de edad en categorías de “Juniors”, “Seniors” y “Tweens and Teens”. Emplazamiento es decidido dependiendo del curso del niño para el próximo otoño.

Theatre Review: “Repairing a Nation” at Crossroads Through March 8

NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ–There are several important events in American history that, after a brief period of time don’t lose their significance, but head to near omission from the mainstream.

Those events include the New York Civil War riots that forced African-Americans to take refuge on barges in the Hudson River, and the Klan Notre Dame riot, where an army of invading Klansman tried to take over that university but were driven away by the Irish-American student body.

Still No Punishment More Than 19 Months After Water Quality Cover-up Discovered in New Brunswick

NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ–So far, the state's Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) and Attorney General's Office have held off on punishing the city, and its longtime water treatment plant operator for falsifying water quality reports and endangering the public.

On seven occasions between 2010 and 2013, the city covered up problems with its drinking water, neglecting to properly notify its own customers that they should be boiling water before use.
