Homecoming King Throws 5 Touchdowns as Zebras Overpower Edison

NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ — Believe it or not, this game was tied 7-7 at halftime, but ended with a total of 53 points on the scoreboard.

It was a tale of two halves for the New Brunswick Zebras football team, who were clicking on offense in the second half and pulled away from the Edison Eagles on homecoming night to pick up another Red Division win.

It was also a big night for Zebras quarterback Jah'Bree Seawright-Jeffery, one of the team's most gifted and talented athletes.

New Brunswick Boys Soccer Currently Second in GMC Red Division

NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ—The New Brunswick Zebras boys soccer team has continued to impress in GMC Red Division play thoughout the season, after making the jump up from the White Division this fall.

Their only losses have come from Monroe and Old Bridge, with hopes of claiming the division title still alive, and the Zebras are currently in second place behind Monroe.

The Zebras picked up another dramatic win over the East Brunswick Bears on October 6 after trailing 0-2 for the first 70 minutes of the game.

Middletown North’s Balanced Attack Beats New Brunswick 31-20

NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ—On Friday October 7, the New Brunswick Zebras football team (1-4) got off to a good start but were ultimately outscored at home by the Middletown North Lions (3-1).

With quarterback Jah'Bree Seawright-Jeffery going 6 for 6 including a 41-yard touchdown to Kadas Reams to lead 7-0, along with a big defensive stop after the Lions failed a fourth and one conversion, the game looked promising for the Zebrasafter the the first six minutes of play.

Johnson’s 3 TD’s Secure NBHS Football Team’s First Win of 2016

MONROE, NJ—Comfortable with their 20-point lead at the end of the third quarter, the New Brunswick Zebras took their foot off the gas pedal, allowing the game to finish with just a six-point margin of victory.

Starting off strong in the first three quarters, the Zebras scored massive touchdowns of 70, 63, 51, 28, and 27 yards, and caused four forced fumbles on the Monroe Falcons, recovering two of them on kickoffs.

Sayreville’s Offensive Machine Rolls Past NBHS Zebras 54-28

PARLIN, NJ—The Sayreville Bombers (3-0) are equipped with arguably the most balanced offensive attack in the Greater Middlesex Conference.

Against the New Brunswick Zebras (0-3), Sayreville scored a total of eight times, consisting of four rushing and three passing touchdowns, and one 83-yard kick-return.

After being asked whether he prefers to run or pass the ball, Sayreville head coach Chris Beagan responded, "Well, pick your poison."

NBHS Football Team Loses to Their First Red Division Opponent

NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ—On a hot and humid 91-degree night at Memorial Stadium, the New Brunswick Zebras football team hosted a packed house as they welcomed in the Piscataway Chiefs to begin their inaugural season in the Greater Middlesex Conference's Red Division.

For the Zebras to win games in this division, they need to be flawless. It's tough to pull this off for any team in week one, and on this particular Friday night, they were far from it.

Overtime Results in Draw For NBHS Boys Soccer Team Against St. Joe’s

NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ–Some critics say this is a re-building year for the NBHS Zebras boys soccer team, in light of the absence of some of their top players from last year's 20-2 team.

This includes Golden Boot winner Kevin Sanchez, Jason Zarate, Raul Galindo, Alexis Narvaez, Arlin Martinez, Carlos Santos, Adam Sarmiento, Kevin Canseco, and Claudio Guzman.

These players were responsible for 104 of the 115 goals scored last season.
