NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ–Registration for the Scarlet KIDS Summer Camp 2015 is now open for children in grades first through eighth.

The co-ed recreational program was previously called "Happy Campers." 

The camp is divided by age groups in "Junior," "Senior," and "Tweens and Teens" categories. Placement is determined by the grade the child will enter next fall.

NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ—Music and art will come together this Valentine's Day weekend at the "Art of the Guitar" showcase on February 15 at the Zimmerli Art Museum. 

"Music at the Museum" is a new concert series featuring artists from the Mason Gross School of the Arts Extension Division and Collegiate Music Department performing at the museum.

The showcase will include works by the renowned composers Coltrane, Herzog, Domeniconi, Albeniz, Gnattali, J.S. Bach, Dyens, Milan and Tarrega.

NEW BRUNSWICK – John J. Heldrich, a Johnson & Johnson executive who spearheaded the revitalization of New Brunswick, died October 28 in his home at the age of 88.

Heldrich was born in 1929 in New Brunswick and raised in Highland Park.  He graduated from Rutgers University-College in 1950 and went on to work at Johnson & Johnson for 41 years.
