WOODBRIDGE, NJ—On a chilly Halloween night, the top-seeded South Brunswick Vikings boys' soccer team collided with the red hot sixth-seeded South Plainfield Tigers, in a gruesome battle for the Greater Middlesex Conference County Championship.

The atmosphere was electric, as parents, students, and fans packed Nicholas A. Priscoe Stadium in Woodbridge, NJ, cheering and screaming at every play made in the match.

NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ–The New Brunswick boys varsity soccer team is the new champions of the Greater Middlesex Conference White Division.

The team remains convincingly undefeated (14-0-0) as it is now ranked No. 20 in the state, having beaten each white division opponent twice.

On October 8, the Zebras had to take care of business against the South Plainfield Tigers (12-5-0) to claim the white division title. With South Plainfield's only loss in the division coming against New Brunswick, the title was up for grabs.

NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ— The New Brunswick High School Lady Zebras soccer team (10-2-0) are on an eight-game winning streak after a slow 2-2 start to their season.

Having led the Greater Middlesex Conference Gold Division along with South River and Dunellen, it was a fight until the very end for the division title.

In recent games, New Brunswick battled against three other teams, needing to get as many wins as they could muster.

Clicking on all cylinders, this team is solid in every aspect of the game, and halfway through the season, they have yet to lose.

Most recently, the Zebras defeated Sayreville by a score of 5-0 on September 29 to improve their record on the year to 9-0-0.

NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ–With a chance to take a lead in the Greater Middlesex Conference's gold division, the New Brunswick girls varsity soccer team (4-2-0) came ready with a fire under them in the September 23 game.

The Lady Zebras hosted the visiting John F. Kennedy Mustangs (1-7-0) in an evenly matched game. With tenacious defense played by both sides, the two teams made it difficult to create opportunities to score.
