NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ—The Stafford Township Police Department has issued a $50,000 arrest warrant for Rutgers student Terence Flaherty, a 28-year-old resident of New Brunswick.

According to the Stafford Police, Flaherty is wanted for credit card fraud and theft.  Flaherty, a white male, has not been located at his New Brunswick address.

Flaherty has been known to frequent Morris Plains, Barnegat Township, and the New Brunswick campus of Rutgers University, according to authorities.

The New Brunswick Police Department (NBPD) has not stated whether or not it is  involved in this case.

“The New Brunswick Police Department will not comment on any ongoing investigation particularly when it involves another law enforcement agency,” said NBPD Capt. J.T.Miller.

According to Rutgers University, Flaherty is set to graduate in 2016 with a degree in Environmental Policy.
