EDISON, NJ–A veterans’ benefits information session is being hosted by the Middlesex County College Center for Veterans Services on Monday, March 2 at 11 am in Room 101 of Edison Hall.

The event will feature staff from veteran’s organizations, providing information on veterans’ benefits, resources and services, including healthcare, educational benefits, vocational rehabilitation services, county veteran’s benefits and the offerings of the Trenton Vet Center.

Richard Feldman, MCC Coordinator of Veterans Services, told Edison Now that the staff will be there “to reach out to any veteran in the community and make sure they are knowledgeable about the benefits available to them.”

Community members, students, staff and faculty will be able to ask questions and receive information from the presenters on benefits and services and how to access them.

The event is being sponsored by the Veterans and Servicemembers Association, the college’s student veterans group. It is expected to last an hour and a half. Refreshments will be served.

The MCC Edison campus is located at 2600 Woodbridge Avenue.
