NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ—A landlord-tenant relations and small claims court workshop is being held at the New Brunswick Public Library Community Room on Wednesday, June 11 from 5 to 7 PM.

The workshop is free and open to the public.  However, the nature of the discussion will be informational only and personal cases cannot be discussed, according to the event announcement.

The event is being hosted by the Superior Court of New Jersey-Middlesex Vicinage, Middlesex Vicinage Advisory Committee on Minority Concerns, and the Metuchen-Edison Area Branch of the NAACP.

The workshop will cover topics including what kinds of claims can be filed, how and where to file a complaint, and the fees involved.

Interested individuals are encouraged to come with questions about how to prepare for a trial and what you can expect in court.  Both landlord and tenant concerns are welcomed, according to the announcement.
