Upcoming screenings will cost $12 each for general admission.  Tickets are available through the State Theatre box office at 732-246-7469.

This Sunday, July 28, at 3pm, comes Kenneth Branagh’s rendition of the classic Mozart opera The Magic Flute. Tickets are $12.

The State Theatre will be showing the animated feature film Madagascar 3, starring the voices of comedians Chris Rock and Ben Stiller on Tuesday July 30 at 3pm.

On August 10, the abstract ballet captured live from the Bolshoi Ballet, La Bayadère will be played at 3pm.

Later that same evening, Sound City, a rock n’ roll documentary directed by David Grohl, will be played at 8pm.

There will be a viewing of Don Giovanni, a Mozart comedy opera captured live from La Scala, Italy on August 24 at 3pm.

And finally, later that evening at 8pm, video Peter Gabriel’s live 2011 concert of New Blood will be played.
